When the memory of ur phone or computer is full and needs to be cleaned up , and the big files or less important files which occupy much space in ur system should be deleted in the same way ur mind /brain is too a memory which can be fulled and needs be free from big files , so as to clean ur memory u either format ur phone to restart again with all new data in the same way sometimes u need to format ur mind too or should try to delete big files or data in ur mind i.e any thoughts which are trying to disturb u and is diverting ur mind from ur specific goal , u need to remove that particular thought and should try to focus on ur main goal or if u try to forget each and everything about any particular incident , event , or a specific person then it's so called to formatted and then u need start ur brain with all new data i.e with all new journey in ur life. "Everyone is an architect and a engineer in their own life.."-Zarana.P.Mehta As architect designs and plans the drawings of the building or houses and gives them to the engineers to execute the same and built it up...in the same way we too are the architects and engineers of our own life in our own way...As if we decide to plan and organized our life with the goals set and targets to be fulfilled as the architect designs and plans the drawings , we design and plan our own life with our goals and targets ...As the architects design and the engineer's work is to execute the same in the same way if we design or set goals and targets it's our only work to complete that desired or pending goal or target .We should be enable to be strict to our own self and challenge our own self to just execute what we have planned .SO, in short it's our own duty to design/plan and to execute the same in our life and by doing so we would improve our self and try to be better...

"Your mind is the soil , your thoughts are the seeds and your result or outcome is the crops grown through that seeds.."-Zarana.P.Mehta As the soil is the basic nessecitiy for plant to grow  with water and sunlight , the roots are nutured by the soil to develop a good crop ,your mind too is the soil where your thoughts are the seeds and the result or the outcome of those thoughts are in the form of the crop as the seeds grow into a plant or crop . If your land is not so fertile enough or drought there will be low quality of crops in your land ,in the same way if your mind is not so capable enough or fertile enough to produce good thoughts or positivity in you , your crops i.e outcome will be not good enough... BE POSITIVE, PLANT GOOD QUALITY OF SEEDS(THOUGHTS) TO PRODUCE GOOD QUALITY OF PLANTS OR CROPS(OUTCOMES).... If your mind i.e land fertile enough and is able to plant good quality of seeds i.e thoughts then your crop will be of high quality ... -Zarana...

Learning from a fall .. .
